Non-Magnetic Steel
Two kinds of self-developed materials are used to manufacture our non magnetic drilling tools: YDWC20-14 and YDWC20-18GG.
With advanced chemical composition control system and special forging process, our non magnetic material performs its excellent mechanical properties, corrosion-resistant performance and high fatigue resistance.

CORROSION RESISTANCE
-The material shall be tested per the ASTM A262 Practice “E” and shall pass the bend test, with a bend angle of at least 90 degrees.
-The products can be treated with roller burnishing and shot peening according to the customer needs.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
- Every bar shall be ultrasonically inspected over the entire length according to ASTM E114, last edition as a minimum level.
